Therapy for Therapists

It's Your Turn--A Place to Take Off the Therapist Hat
You’re the one people turn to. But where do you go when it gets heavy?
Being a therapist means holding so much. We know the stories, suffering, stuckness, and silence can take a toll. Most days, you're fine. Other days feel long, clouded and exhausting. And maybe you're wondering, 'who actually see me?'
This space is for you.
I work with therapists, supervisors, educators, interns, and space-holders of all kinds who need a place where they don’t have to explain, fix, or perform. A space where you can be the one who receives.
This Might Be for You If…
- You’re carrying burnout or emotional residue from your work
- You’ve noticed growing disconnection, fatigue, or resentment in sessions
- You're having stress dreams, feel foggy, or dread when you look at your calendar
- You're managing complex countertransference or stuck with a client dynamic
- You're questioning your professional path, identity, or capacity
- You’re navigating personal loss, health changes, or transitions that your role doesn’t make room for
- You just want to sit in a room where you're not the one attuning
My Approach
This isn't supervision or discussing protocols. It's about depth.
I work relationally, somatically, and with a deep respect for your training and your human self.
We might spend time slowing down your nervous system, exploring your parts, making space for grief or doubt, or just naming what's unspeakable elsewhere. This is a place to have permission to soften your guard and feel your own edges.
