You don't have to be falling apart to come to therapy. You just have to be tired of feeling like this.


Carrying everything quietly for so long, it's starting to take a toll. Maybe you're high-functioning, deeply self-aware, and running on empty. The inner critic that won't quit. The people-pleasing that turns into resentment. The longing for something you can't quite name. I know one thing for sure: it doesn't have to stay this way.


I especially love working with creatives, deep thinkers, and high-achievers. People who are great at doing but struggle to just be.


I work with people who find it hard to quiet the noise, trust themselves in big decisions, moving through grief and loss, or make sense of a season of life that feels like everything is shifting at once. Maybe the life you've built no longer quite fits, and you're in that unsettling in-between of knowing something has to change, but not yet knowing what.


You don't have to figure this out by thinking harder. And you don't have to keep tredging through it alone.


This is a space to slow down, feel your way through, and find your way back to yourself. Lighter, clearer, and more at ease than you've felt in a long time.
