About Katie

Hello and welcome! To view my website & blog, please click here.

I offer a safe & collaborative space for women feeling stuck in behaviors related to perfectionism, codependency, people-pleasing, & fear of abandonment — those who have wisely learned to attune to the needs, emotional states, & approval of others, but in the process may have lost connection to their own boundaries, priorities, emotions, & self-worth. This external focus can lead to anxiety, shame, lack of direction, resentment, & exhaustion.

I specialize in self-esteem, relationship issues, anxiety, & childhood trauma (particularly emotional abuse/neglect). As an attachment-based therapist, I can support you in examining the unmet needs underlying the behaviors you feel stuck in, honor those behaviors, & feel empowered to try more adaptive ways of relating to yourself & others.

The process of becoming more self-aware, secure, & connected can be challenging, but it's also the greatest gift you can give yourself, & you don't have to do it alone. If you would like an ally in your journey towards healing & personal growth, please feel free to reach out for a 15-minute phone or video consultation.
