About Katie

Hello and welcome!

I offer a safe and collaborative space for adults and couples seeking to feel more secure, connected, and self-aware. Whether you are experiencing relationship challenges, struggling with shame or anxiety, or wanting to make sense of your recurring experiences and beliefs, I would be happy to support you in achieving your goals.

My specialties include self-esteem, relationship issues, and childhood trauma. I help clients uncover the needs, emotions, and unresolved wounds driving the behaviors that they feel stuck in so they can experience self-compassion and feel empowered to engage in more adaptive ways of relating. My therapeutic approach is informed by attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, and parts work, but I may integrate skills from other therapy modalities to best support your needs.

If you would like an ally in your journey towards healing and personal growth, please feel free to reach out for a 15-minute phone or video consultation.
